I come from a family of foodies, bakers and cooks. I’ve loved being in the kitchen ever since I was small, and took to baking and decorating at a young age. I received my formal pastry training from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, the Wilton School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Arts, and the Notter School of Pastry Arts. I continue to attended various specialty classes, teacher trainings, and seminars.
Creative, delicious, high-end custom cakes with impeccable attention to detail is the kind of work that I have thrived on. Pastry is a labor of love and on a good day I’m able to produce wonderfully edible works of art. I appreciate that a passion for baking and cake decorating has offered me the opportunity to be part of such important and special events in people’s lives. Although I am not currently offering any specialty baking services, I do teach a variety of cake decorating classes and you can find more information about that here.
